About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consult. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to expand our customer base and increase sales of our red fruit juices and concentrates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in sales software and CRM systems. Fluency in both written and spoken English and German is a must.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and customer segments.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our red fruit juice and concentrate products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: As a Sales Manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on juices and concentrates.
  • At Least 3 Years: Of experience in sales management.
  • Strong Track Record: Of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: In English and German.
  • Proficiency in Sales Software: And CRM systems.
