Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and customer segments.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our red fruit juice and concentrate products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on juices and concentrates.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
- Very good level in Microsoft office systems (PowerPoint, Excel).
