Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Representative to promote our innovative heating solutions within the Wiesbaden region. This role involves engaging with potential clients and providing tailored technical solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present our advanced products and technical offerings to prospective clients, ensuring a consultative approach without cold calling.
  • Perform thorough needs assessments, offer expert advice, and successfully close sales on our services.
  • Conduct on-site measurements, perform calculations, and prepare detailed quotes for clients.
  • Assist customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and successful completion of work.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of several years of experience in customer consultation and sales.
  • Preferably possess a commercial or technical background in the HVAC sector or relevant expertise.
  • Strong passion for sales, with skills in persuasion and negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit values of respect and honesty, with effective communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Valid Class B driver's license is required.
