We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Wiesbaden area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for presenting our products and technical solutions to potential customers, conducting needs assessments, advising customers, and closing sales for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present our products and technical solutions to potential customers, focusing on building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively advise customers and close sales
  • Take measurements on site, calculate and create quotes to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
  • Guide customers through the completion of the work, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in customer consultation and sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Ideal background in a commercial or technical field, such as the HVAC industry, or relevant knowledge and skills
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Resilient and able to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
  • Values respect, honesty, and effective communication, with a customer-centric approach
  • Driver's license Class B required for business use
