At Wolt, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Trainer to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Trainer at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in equipping our sales teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to excel in their roles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including onboarding, HQ teams, Expansions, Sales S&O, and merchant services to enhance the effectiveness of our sales strategies and drive selection growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs, including training materials, playbooks, and resources.
  • Design and deliver engaging sales training sessions to equip the sales team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and create targeted sales training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand team needs and tailor training and resources accordingly.
  • Work with Merchant Services to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and support phases.
  • Maintain a library of sales collateral, case studies, and success stories to support the sales process.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team, helping them overcome challenges and enhance performance.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of sales trainings programs and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and good English skills.
  • Proven success in a sales role, with at least 3 years of experience, including experience in sales enablement or training.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in designing and delivering sales training programs and materials.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
