Revenue Enablement Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team at ChannelEngine. This team drives revenue growth and operational efficiency by aligning and optimizing key functions that impact revenue: sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and craft effective solutions.
- Partner with our Learning Team to design, deliver, and manage training programs that help employees and new joiners understand our product, processes, and service offering.
- Create training materials, playbooks, best practices, and sales and CSM collateral to guide colleagues in their day-to-day activities.
- Support the Sales Team in managing sales policy documentation, ensuring compliance, and driving adoption across the department.
- Develop and maintain partner engagement strategies and practices through our LMS.
- Bachelor's degree or similar education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years' experience in a sales enablement role within a SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and customer engagement practices.
- Proficiency in creating and managing engaging training materials and programs.
- Familiarity with partner engagement strategies and practices.
- Experience with CRM systems, LMS, and other relevant tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Currently living in (or close to) Leiden, or Berlin.
- A thorough onboarding process to get you familiar with ChannelEngine, our processes, and tools.
