Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at ValueWorks GmbH. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify potential customers through in-depth research and analysis
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive lead generation and conversion
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform sales strategies
- 2-3 years of experience in sales development or a related field
- Proven track record of success in lead generation, qualification, and conversion
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
