About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at ValueWorks GmbH. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through in-depth research and analysis
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, qualification, and conversion
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
