Mission und Aufgaben

Als Team Lead Software Engineering bist du verantwortlich für die Leitung und Führung eines Softwareentwicklungsteams. Du motivierst, betreust und führst das Team disziplinarisch und fachlich. Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von personalisierten Entwicklungsplänen, führst regelmäßige Einzelgespräche mit den Teammitgliedern und pflegst eine gesunde Feedbackkultur, um offene Kommunikation zu fördern. Ebenso gehören die Rekrutierung neuer Softwareentwickler:innen und die Gewährleistung der technischen Integrität des Produkts zu deinen Aufgaben.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung und Führung des Softwareentwicklungsteams
  • Entwicklung von personalisierten Entwicklungsplänen
  • Regelmäßige Einzelgespräche mit den Teammitgliedern
  • Pflege einer gesunden Feedbackkultur
  • Rekrutierung neuer Softwareentwickler:innen
  • Gewährleistung der technischen Integrität des Produkts
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Führungserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Solide technische Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Entwicklung umfangreicher, komplexer Softwarelösungen
  • Offene Denkweise und Fokus auf Simplizität
  • Begeisterung für Menschen und Fähigkeit, Unterstützung und Anleitung zu bieten
  • Fähigkeit, schnell Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern aufzubauen und einen pragmatischen Ansatz zu verfolgen
