Job DescriptionPeople LeadershipWe are looking for a skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to motivate, supervise, and lead a software development team in disciplinary and technical terms. As a Team Lead, you will establish personalized development or improvement plans, hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members, and cultivate a feedback-rich, non-retaliatory environment that encourages open communication.
Delivery & QualityYou will provide technical direction and guidance to the team, ensuring the technical integrity of the product. Your focus will be on delivering functional, complete, and high-quality code while aligning development with established technical standards. Additionally, you will focus on the timely delivery of new features and the maintenance of existing ones, upholding high engineering excellence metrics.
ManagementYou will collaborate closely with the Product team to drive the implementation of appropriate technological advancements. Furthermore, you will take ownership of technical incident management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues that arise.
RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with several years of software engineering experience coupled with more than 2 years in leadership roles. You should have solid technical expertise in designing and developing large-scale, end-to-end software solutions. Passionate about people, you should offer support and guidance to your engineers while avoiding micromanagement.
