    • Als Team Lead Software Engineering bist du verantwortlich für die Führung und Motivation deines Software-Entwicklungsteams. Du entwickelst individuelle Entwicklungspläne, führst regelmäßige Einzelgespräche mit den Teammitgliedern und pflegst eine offene Kommunikationskultur.
    • Deine Aufgabe ist es, ein positives Arbeitsklima zu fördern und die Teammitglieder zu unterstützen, um gemeinsam erfolgreich zu sein.
  • Delivery & Quality
    • Als Team Lead Software Engineering bist du verantwortlich für die technische Leitung und die Qualitätssicherung deines Software-Entwicklungsteams. Du stellst sicher, dass der Code stets hochwertig ausgeliefert wird und vollständig unseren technischen Standards entspricht.
    • Deine Aufgabe ist es, die technische Integrität des Produkts zu gewährleisten und sicherzustellen, dass die Softwareentwicklung auf höchstem Niveau stattfindet.
  • Management
    • Als Team Lead Software Engineering bist du verantwortlich für die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktteam und die Umsetzung neuer Technologien. Du kommunizierst technische Entscheidungen klar an die relevanten Stakeholder und sorgst dafür, dass die Teammitglieder auf dem neuesten Stand sind.
    • Deine Aufgabe ist es, die gesamte Feature-Entwicklung von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Auslieferung zu überwachen und sicherzustellen, dass die Softwareentwicklung auf höchstem Niveau stattfindet.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, davon mehr als 2 Jahre in Führungspositionen
  • Solide technische Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Entwicklung umfangreicher, komplexer Softwarelösungen
  • Offene Denkweise und Fokus auf Simplizität
  • Begeisterung für Menschen und Fähigkeit, Unterstützung und Anleitung zu bieten
  • Fähigkeit, schnell Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern aufzubauen und einen pragmatischen Ansatz zu verfolgen
  • Fähigkeit, wirksame, autarke Teams aufzubauen, die Geschwindigkeit, Qualität und Risiko effektiv ausbalancieren
