Software Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team at meinestadt GmbH. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical direction and guidance to the team, ensuring the technical integrity of our products.
- Ensure the delivery of functional, complete, and high-quality code while aligning development with established technical standards.
- Cultivate a feedback-rich, non-retaliatory environment that encourages open communication and collaboration among team members.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to drive the implementation of appropriate technological advancements.
- Take ownership of technical incident management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues that arise.
- Several years of software engineering experience coupled with more than 2 years in leadership roles.
- Solid technical expertise in designing and developing large-scale, end-to-end software solutions.
- Passionate about people, offering support and guidance to your engineers while avoiding micromanagement.
