Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team at meinestadt GmbH. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of software developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure seamless delivery of software products.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and testing plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our software development processes and tools.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of software developers.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
