Banxware GmbH is a dynamic fintech startup seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Berlin. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Job Description

  • Salary: €45,000 per year, based on market conditions and location.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing our office operations, including HR tasks, administrative support, and creating a welcoming environment for all employees. You will also assist with planning and coordinating company events, handling office communications, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external partners.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing office operations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands.
