Brand Partnership Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Partnership Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for forging long-term partnerships between Metapic and leading fashion and beauty brands.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client partnerships to ensure consistent, best-in-class customer service.
- Lead the sales process to deliver against key performance metrics, with a focus on existing brands and new accounts.
- Generate pipelines by prospecting new customers in the fashion, beauty, and home & living sectors.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Partnerships Manager to manage seeding campaigns and select influencers for client demographics.
- Analyze customer performance and identify business opportunities using Metapic.
- Provide regular feedback to Marketing and Product to improve the customer product experience.
- Seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities.
Your Profile
- Proven sales success and ability to identify customer business needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple responsibilities.
- Native/bilingual level in German and professional level in English.
- Expertise in social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
