Brand Partnership Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Partnership Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for forging long-term partnerships between Metapic and leading fashion and beauty brands.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client partnerships to ensure consistent, best-in-class customer service.
- Lead the sales process to deliver against key performance metrics, with a focus on existing brands and new accounts.
- Generate pipelines by prospecting new customers in the fashion, beauty, and home & living sectors, and extend our popular customer pool.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Partnerships Manager to manage seeding campaigns and select influencers for client demographics.
- Analyze customer performance and identify business opportunities using Metapic.
- Provide regular feedback to Marketing and Product to improve the customer product experience.
- Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities.
Your Profile
- Proven sales success history.
- Ability to identify and communicate customer business needs.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to close deals.
- Strong team player with a focus on joint success.
- Native or bilingual German and professional English skills.
- Expertise in social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and advertiser/publisher relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
- Strong MS Office skills.
