We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Product Strategist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic App & Web Team.

The App & Web Team is dedicated to enhancing our App, Mobile Website, and Desktop Website. These large-scale platforms attract millions of visitors each month. The team's mission is to deliver an inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and user-friendly shopping experience for our clientele. They consistently strive to elevate the standards of what is considered "state of the art" in customer-facing products.

In this position, you will focus on refining our customer experience across our digital platforms. Collaborating with a cross-functional team of developers and UX/UI designers, you will take ownership of new feature rollouts from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Enhancement & Feature Implementation: Discover opportunities to improve our offerings and manage the feature delivery process, which includes gathering requirements, drafting tickets, supporting decision-making, ensuring quality releases, and assessing outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage reports and analyses to inform actions that align with customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively manage and communicate with all relevant stakeholders, including Online Marketing and Tracking teams.
  • Issue Resolution & Technical Dependencies: Address operational challenges, identify technical dependencies, and evaluate their business implications.
  • Global Collaboration: Participate in an international product team, delivering features to millions of users globally.
  • Team Leadership: Serve as a role model, foster high team morale, and drive project success.
  • Agile Environment: Operate within a fast-paced international setting characterized by flat hierarchies and swift decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of technology, business processes, and functional interdependencies.
  • Demonstrated experience in the e-commerce sector.
  • A minimum of 3 years in IT product management or IT project management, with a focus on direct product ownership.
  • Preferably, initial experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to appreciate diverse viewpoints.
  • Efficiency-oriented and solution-focused, with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Data Analytics Expertise: Practical experience with tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with a readiness to take ownership and exceed expectations.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge or understanding of programming.
  • Fundamental skills in HTML and JavaScript.

**Working Model:

This role requires regular onsite presence at our headquarters. Therefore, we have established a hybrid working model that allows remote work on certain days while requiring onsite attendance on others.
