We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Product Strategist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic App & Web Team.

The App & Web Team is committed to enhancing our App, Mobile Website, and Desktop Website. These large-scale platforms attract millions of users each month. The team's mission is to deliver the most engaging, user-friendly, and seamless shopping experience for our clientele. They continuously strive to elevate the standards of what constitutes 'best in class' in customer-facing products.

In this position, you will focus on refining our customer journey across our digital platforms. Collaborating with a cross-functional team of developers and UX/UI designers, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of new feature implementations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Product Enhancement & Feature Implementation: Discover opportunities to improve our offerings and manage the feature rollout process, which includes gathering requirements, drafting tickets, supporting decision-making, ensuring quality during releases, and evaluating results.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage reports and analyses to inform actions that align with customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively manage and communicate with all relevant stakeholders, including Online Marketing and Tracking teams.
  • Operational Issue Resolution: Tackle operational challenges, identify technical dependencies, and assess business implications.
  • Global Collaboration: Participate in an international product team, delivering features to millions of users around the globe.
  • Team Leadership: Serve as a role model, foster high team morale, and drive project success.
  • Agile Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced international setting with flat hierarchies and swift decision-making processes.

Your Profile

  • Comprehensive understanding of technology, business processes, and functional interdependencies.
  • Demonstrated experience in the e-commerce sector.
  • A minimum of 3 years in IT product management or IT project management, with a focus on direct product ownership.
  • Preferably some experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to appreciate diverse viewpoints.
  • Results-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with a readiness to take responsibility and exceed expectations.
  • Comfortable in an international work environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Basic understanding of programming concepts.
  • Fundamental skills in HTML and JavaScript.
