Your Responsibilities: Make an Impact with Us.

As a Lead Product Strategist for Tchibo Coffee International (m/f/d), you will oversee the strategic advancement, branding, and collaboration of our brand within the international sector of Tchibo.

  • You will take charge of the concept validation for various markets and manage interfaces concerning strategic and operational challenges.
  • Additionally, you will guarantee that our international Tchibo Coffee offerings consistently align with current consumer preferences in our primary markets and actively oversee the product assortment.
  • Collaborating with the communications teams and external agencies, you will craft targeted marketing initiatives to enhance and drive the growth of your brand.
  • Moreover, you will oversee the creation and execution of marketing strategies for the brand and its products, as well as lead market research management.
  • Your responsibilities will also include establishing a robust global network within the organization and maintaining close collaboration with our national subsidiaries. Acting as a liaison among various stakeholders, you will facilitate cooperation with the countries and pertinent headquarters departments.
Your Profile: Continuously Evolving Us.
  • You possess a degree in business, ideally with a focus on marketing or strategic/international management, and have at least 8 years of applicable professional experience in brand or product management within the FMCG sector; experience in the coffee industry and international exposure is a plus.
  • Consumer goods brands ignite your passion, and you are eager to shape the future of our brands with innovative concepts.
  • Extensive experience in leading international project teams, navigating complex organizational structures with ease, and thriving in multifaceted environments complete your profile.
  • Additionally, you are known for your strong communication abilities, resilience, and assertiveness while being a collaborative team member. Your robust implementation skills and cultural awareness facilitate effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English for business purposes, and proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German) is advantageous.
