About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our team in Germany. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strategic market development in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand a growing team of Project Developers and Origination Managers.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of EMEA to align strategies and achieve company goals.
  • Spearhead the transition from brownfield to greenfield projects in the renewable energy space.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, with a background in logistics, real estate, energy, or commodities.
  • Strong leadership, market insight, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.
  • Ability to lead a team and make a significant impact in a fast-evolving industry.
