Warehouse Operations Manager

Spreetail is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Team Lead to oversee day-to-day activities in our Fulfillment Center Operations in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall safety, quality, and performance of our operations, as well as fostering a positive team member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality, and performance of Fulfillment Center Operations and other Operations to support Spreetail Business.
- Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
- Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices, and document accidents/incidents timely.
- Perform other duties with flexibility as assigned, rotate to other shifts/departments, and work extended hours and holidays as needed.
- Recognize, mentor, and provide training and development to optimize performance, create organizational depth, and individual growth.
Requirements:
- Dedicated to quality and high standards, with impeccable attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fulfillment center environment, walking and standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30KG, bending, and using mechanical equipment as part of production activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to handle ambiguity, changing priorities, and use good judgment in stressful situations.
- Experienced in MS Office and other operating systems.
