Warehouse Operations Manager

Spreetail is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Fulfillment Center Operations in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure safe and efficient operations, meeting quality and performance standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Facilities, Safety, and IT, to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other operating systems.
