Warehouse Operations Manager

Spreetail is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Team Lead to oversee day-to-day activities in our Fulfillment Center Operations in Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality, and performance of Fulfillment Center Operations and other Operations to support Spreetail Business.
Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices, and document accidents/incidents timely, and work closely with (HR, Facilities, Safety, and IT) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.
Perform other duties with flexibility as assigned, rotate to other shifts/departments, and working extended hours and holidays as needed, including an expectation to arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes at end of shift to complete pass downs, reports, and timecard review.
Recognize, mentor, and provide training and development to optimize performance, create organizational depth, and individual growth.
Requirements:
Dedicated to quality and high standards, with impeccable attention to detail.
Experience working in a fulfillment center environment, walking and standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 30KG, bending, and using mechanical equipment as part of production activities.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to handle ambiguity, changing priorities, and use good judgment in stressful situations.
Experienced in MS Office and other operating systems.
