FC Area Manager

Spreetail is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FC Area Manager to oversee daily operations within a fulfillment and 3PL warehouse in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, supervising warehouse team leads/staff, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Warehouse Operations: Manage daily fulfillment and 3PL logistics operations, including Inbound Receive, Storage, Picking, Packing, Returns, Special Projects/VAS services, and OB Shipping.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of warehouse workers, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and working safely.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management and implement inventory control systems.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the operational point of contact for clients, addressing any issues, concerns, or requests.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with transportation teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL multi-user warehousing and/or multi-user fulfillment center environment.
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiencies in a high-paced environment.
- Solid experience in using labor tracking, daily order/picking tracking dashboards via WMS/ERP software.
- Ability to manage both B2C and B2B daily orders in a multi-user warehouse and multi-warehouse operations setup in Germany or EU.
- English and German language skills are essential, with Turkish desirable.
