Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsmanager (m/w/d) als Area Sales Manager, der unsere strategischen Ziele im Vertrieb unterstützt und umsetzt. Der Kandidat sollte über eine fundierte Berufserfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb der Facility Management-Branchen verfügen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Reinigung oder Security.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Proaktive Potentialanalysen des Vertriebsgebietes durchführen
  • Die Ergebnisse aller Betreuungs- und Vertriebsmaßnahmen evaluiert und die Key-Learnings mit dem Vertriebsteam teilen
  • Konzepte für Kundenentwicklung und -bindung entwickeln und präsentieren
  • Die Performance der Kundenverbindungen und Partnernetzwerke analysieren und kontinuierlich verbessern
  • Kunden- und Marktinformationen sammeln, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen erstellen und neue Verkaufsmomente, Vertriebswege und Produktvarianten erschließen
  • Die Prozesse, die Dienstleistungspalette, Marketingaktivitäten und Vertriebsstrategien aktiv gestalten
  • Mit einer kurz- und langfristigen Vertriebs- und Absatzplanung arbeiten
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und fundierte Berufserfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb
  • Reisebereitschaft und sicherer Umgang in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Seriöses, empathisches und gewinnbringendes Auftreten, Durchsetzungsstärke und Flexibilität im Verhandlungsalltag
  • Rhetorisches Geschick im Umgang mit unseren Ansprechpartnern und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B (PKW)
