Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Jaeger LeCoultre. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving wholesale sales and promoting the sell-through of our products across Germany, Austria, Eastern and Northern Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Ambition
- Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and drive growth of the brand across all sales channels
- Manage wholesale partners to achieve target objectives, model stock, and rotation objectives
- Monitor network performance and report KPIs to management
- Create and implement yearly retailer business plans, focusing on commercial performance, POS offline and online activation, and training
- Brand Building
- Ensure that each point of sale meets qualitative criteria in visual merchandising, online visibility, training, and overall brand presence
- Implement and guard the brand's communication guidelines in all activities
- Customer Relationships
- Act as a knowledgeable Jaeger LeCoultre spokesperson, creating long-term partnerships with customers and stimulating brand advocacy
- Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience
- Experience in the luxury watch space highly preferred, luxury industry mandatory
- Strong analytical and commercial ability
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Autonomous and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in German and English (C1), Dutch/Nordic language a plus
