Area Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team at ONLY Stores. As a key member of our retail expansion team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing our store presence in the Munich area.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop our store managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with our retail management team to implement sales strategies and tactics
- Oversee the overall performance of our stores in the Munich area, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement action plans to drive sales growth and improve store performance
- Recruit and train new team members to support our retail expansion efforts
- Proven experience as an Area Manager in the retail industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail management software
