**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our sales team in Germany, covering the Bavaria region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share in the region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify market potential and recognize opportunities and threats in the market.
- Analyze sales figures, recognize crucial developments, and have a plan to achieve turnover and margin objectives.
- Plan appointments and convince customers to place more business with Resideo, with the aim of building a sustainable relationship and growing turnover and margin.
**Requirements**
- Experience in a field sales role or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Driving license.
