Responsibilities:
* Master data entry and maintenance by entering and updating customer data in our database.
* Order processing and invoicing by processing customer orders and creating invoices.
* Preparing cost estimates for potential customers.
* Telephone management by taking and forwarding telephone calls and answering customer inquiries.
* Customer correspondence by communicating with customers in writing, replying to emails, and drafting letters.
* Operating online platforms by using and managing them, updating product information, and communicating with customers via the platforms.
Requirements:
* MS Office skills and confidence using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration and clear communication.
* Commitment and willingness to learn, with a motivated attitude to take on new tasks and develop yourself.
* A careful and independent way of working, with attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and independently.
* Interpersonal skills for successful interaction with customers and colleagues.
* A good command of written and spoken German.
