Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hikma Pharmaceuticals. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master data entry and maintenance by entering and updating customer data in our database.
- Process customer orders and create invoices as part of order processing and invoicing.
- Prepare cost estimates for potential customers.
- Take and forward telephone calls and answer customer inquiries as part of telephone management.
- Communicate with customers in writing, reply to emails, and draft letters as part of customer correspondence.
- Operate online platforms by using and managing them, updating product information, and communicating with customers via the platforms.
Requirements:
- MS Office skills and confidence in using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Teamwork and communication skills, with effective teamwork and clear communication expected.
- Commitment and willingness to learn, with a motivated attitude to take on new tasks and continuously develop yourself.
- A careful and independent way of working, with the ability to complete tasks accurately and independently.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact successfully with customers and colleagues.
- A good command of written and spoken German.
