About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Employee to join our team at Hikma Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master data entry and maintenance by entering and updating customer data in our database.
  • Process customer orders and create invoices as part of our order processing and invoicing team.
  • Prepare cost estimates for potential customers and provide them with accurate and timely information.
  • Manage telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate with customers in writing, reply to emails, and draft letters as part of our customer correspondence team.
  • Operate online platforms by using and managing them, updating product information, and communicating with customers via the platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Commitment to learning and development, with a willingness to take on new tasks and continuously improve skills.
  • A careful and independent way of working, with the ability to complete tasks accurately and independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact successfully with customers and colleagues.
  • A good command of written and spoken German.
