Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Employee. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master data entry and maintenance by entering and updating customer data in our database.
- Process customer orders and create invoices as part of our order processing and invoicing team.
- Prepare cost estimates for potential customers and provide them with accurate and timely information.
- Manage telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate with customers in writing, reply to emails, and draft letters as part of our customer correspondence team.
- Operate online platforms, update product information, and communicate with customers via these platforms.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Commitment to learning and development, with a willingness to take on new tasks and continuously improve skills.
- A careful and independent approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact successfully with customers and colleagues.
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
