About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Employee to join our team at Hikma Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master data entry and maintenance by accurately entering and updating customer information in our database.
  • Process customer orders and create invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare cost estimates for potential customers and provide clear and concise information.
  • Manage telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate with customers in writing, reply to emails, and draft letters as required.
  • Operate online platforms, update product information, and communicate with customers via these platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
