Key Account Management and Sales Strategy

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicles Sales Manager to join our team at Kia Europe. As a key member of our Sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with International Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) Key Accounts, including Large Corporate Fleets, Key Full-Service Leasing Providers, Rent-A-Car Companies, and other large commercial entities throughout Europe.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth for Kia in the European LCV market.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and pursue new LCV business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between LCV customer requirements and LCV product development initiatives.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, pricing structures, and contracts in line with company policies and objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on LCV Key Account Management activities, opportunities, sales successes, key market trends, and LCV specific customer feedback to the management team.
  • Represent the company at LCV industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or International Business.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in the Automotive sector, preferably in OEM or Fleet sector related.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Fleet/LCV sector, Fleet business, Leasing market, and Fleet related products and services.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated with great level of originality.
  • Forward planner with capability to deliver within deadlines.
  • Sales expertise and good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); an additional European language constitutes an advantage.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
