Customer Engagement Lead

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Engagement Lead to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-leading and co-planning the annual commercial process, including Go To Market, Professional Oral Care & Mass-Market Commercial Meetings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-lead the Monthly Discipline Process with a strong focus on Consensus
- Co-lead the definition and implementation of investment priorities in channels, customers, category, and brand priorities
- Co-lead the planification of the annual negotiation process, including target setting, investment posture, tracking, and overarching negotiation roadmap
- Co-lead the development and maintenance of SOP's for all processes involving the Sales Team
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Sales KPI & management reporting system
- Trainer and first point of contact for all business critical processes involving or led by Customer Development
- Participation in cross-functional and cross-country projects involving the Sales Team
- Simplification & Standardization Champion for Customer Development

**Requirements**
- Very strong experience in Customer Development, including in customer engagement, GtN management, and complex negotiations with retailers
- Experience in Marketing and/or Trade Marketing with proven proficiency in process management and at utilizing category, shopping, channel, and customer marketing fundamentals
- Experienced in leveraging various forms of data with the aim to provide actionable recommendations
- Strong Commercial Acumen; robust understanding of internal and external financial KPI's
- Strong training and didactic skills
- A networker who is able to manage the cross-functional matrix organization
