Virtual Customer Success Partner

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Customer Success Partner to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for managing the overall customer relationship in alignment with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and proactively engage with customers to deliver 1:1 and 1:many sessions
- Be accountable for customer success, including administrative topics, adoption, and renewal of SAP Signavio solutions
- Improve customer-facing processes and scalable outreaches
- Act as an interface between Product Management and customers to drive product development and improvements
- Share insights about customer use cases and issues with SAP Signavio strategists
- Create scalable content, such as best practices and Community articles
Requirements
- Prior experience in Customer Service or a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to collaborate, build strong relationships, and lead communication campaigns
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Experience in email marketing and content creation
- Proficient communication and presentation skills in German and English
