About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Customer Success Partner to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for managing the overall customer relationship in alignment with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and proactively engage with customers to deliver 1:1 and 1:many sessions
  • Be accountable for customer success, including administrative topics, adoption, and renewal of SAP Signavio solutions
  • Improve customer-facing processes and scalable outreaches
  • Act as an interface between Product Management and customers to drive product development and improvements
  • Share insights about customer use cases and issues with SAP Signavio strategists
  • Create scalable content, such as best practices and Community articles

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Customer Service or a customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to collaborate, build strong relationships, and lead communication campaigns
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience in email marketing and content creation
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills in German and English
