We are looking for a Manager Leadership Development &Academy Europe to join our team in Munich.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development program for Europe, in collaboration with our local trainer departments.
  • Design and perfect leadership evaluation standards and training systems at all levels of the company.
  • Evaluate the current training landscape, design and develop corresponding training programs or courses, and develop effective implementation plans.
  • Organize key projects, implement and assess, and continuously review, summarize, and refine the methodology.
  • Analyze training demands and plan: according to the company's strategic objectives and business needs, continuously iterate the career development general course system, formulate training plans and strategies, and implement them on the ground.
  • Develop and deliver training courses: integrate internal and external resources, operate diversified teaching forms, design and develop training courses related to general workplace competencies, including customization of training content and teaching method design.
  • Organize, operate, and deliver training activities: combine diversified tools and online learning platforms to organize and implement online and offline training activities; coordinate internal instructor resources for training delivery, and be able to independently teach and deliver several common general soft skills courses or business training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and promote the brand building of internal training projects.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: Degree in industrial or organizational psychology, economics, or social sciences, organizational development, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in delivering trainings.
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of personnel development, leadership enabling, and business trainings.
  • Strategic thinking, management, and project management experience.
  • A high degree of personal responsibility, reliability, structured, and solution-oriented action.
  • Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Confident appearance and assertiveness.
  • Hands-on mentality paired with a pragmatic and positive attitude.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
