Enterprise Partner Engagement Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will encompass the following:
- Actively contribute to the development of our international partner ecosystem to effectively promote and sell our innovative software solutions.
- Function as a quota-bearing sales expert, demonstrating self-sufficiency in achieving targets.
- Lead the sales process from initial lead generation through to deal closure with partners, including proposal and contract negotiations throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage an active sales pipeline, both internally and externally.
- Participate in international events and trade shows to enhance our market presence and expand our partner network.
- Collaborate with colleagues from Marketing, PreSales, Consulting, Product, and other departments to drive joint initiatives.
What you bring to the table:
- A minimum of five years of experience in an Enterprise Partner Management role, with a direct involvement in key opportunities within the software industry, ideally with a solid grasp of IoT/Edge/SaaS environments.
- A strong networker with an extensive relationship network across all levels, including VARs, SIs, strategic consultancy firms, and other industry leaders – international experience is a plus.
- A dynamic sales personality with proven experience in complex sales scenarios, adept at pain-chain analysis and defining value propositions with partners.
- A results-driven individual who is a loyal and dependable team player.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with effective time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Proficient in using tools and software such as CRM systems, Google applications, and social media platforms.
- Fluency in both German and English at a business negotiation level.
- If working remotely, candidates should be located in the DACH region.
