Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass the following:

  • Actively contribute to the development of our international partner ecosystem to effectively promote and sell our innovative software solutions.
  • Serve as a quota-bearing sales expert, demonstrating self-sufficiency in driving sales initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal and contract negotiations throughout the sales cycle.
  • Implement and manage an active pipeline, ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
  • Engage in international events and trade shows to broaden our market presence and partner network.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Marketing, PreSales, Consulting, Product, and other departments to drive joint initiatives.
Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in an Enterprise Partner Management role, with a focus on key opportunities within the software sector, ideally possessing a strong grasp of IoT/Edge/SaaS environments.
  • An extensive network of relationships with VARs, SIs, strategic consultancy firms, and other industry leaders, with a preference for international experience.
  • A strong sales-oriented mindset, with proven experience in complex sales scenarios, pain-chain analysis, and crafting value propositions with partners.
  • A success-driven individual who is a loyal and dependable team player.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with effective time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Proficient in utilizing tools and software such as CRM systems, Google applications, and social media platforms.
  • Fluency in both German and English at a business negotiation level.
  • If working remotely, candidates should be located within the DACH region.
