Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager DACH

Supermicro is seeking a highly experienced and successful Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise customers in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients, as well as new accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Research trends and identify new opportunities to increase sales and expand our market share.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or end-customer sales in Central Europe.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience selling technology into manufacturers, corporate, or governmental accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure, and control, time, and territory management.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Language skills: English and German mandatory.
