Als Sales Team Lead Large Accounts bei Doctolib bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und den Ausbau von Großkundenbeziehungen. Du wirst die strategische Führung des Large Account Sales Teams übernehmen und sicherstellen, dass die Vertriebsziele erreicht werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gewinnung und Erweiterung von Großkunden, einschließlich strategischer Accounts und der Top 50 Krankenhäuser
  • Führung und Management des Large Account Sales Teams
  • Sicherstellung der effektiven Umsetzung von Key Account-Strategien und -Prozessen
  • Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen und Kundenlösungen
  • Analyse von Markt- und Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Monitoring und Reporting der Verkaufsleistung

Dein Profil

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigst du:

  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich B2B und SaaS Sales
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Sales Teams
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Erreichung von Sales-Zielen und der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Key Accounts
  • Fähigkeit, sich schnell in komplexe Kundenbedürfnisse und -herausforderungen einzuarbeiten
  • Kompetenz, gemeinsam mit Kunden maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungsgeschick auf allen Ebenen
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Sales-Routinen und Tools
