Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Growth Strategist to play a crucial part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our audio processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships through various channels, including industry events, online research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and market penetration.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, respond to inquiries, and prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with the technical team to ensure a thorough understanding of our products and services, facilitating effective communication with clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, master's degree or PhD in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for driving business growth and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Ideal: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
