International Client Relationship Manager

We are a dynamic team at Payyo, working towards streamlining international payments, accounting, and process optimization for members of the TrekkSoft Group and independent 3rd party travel companies. Our products cater to the travel industry, and we strive to create solutions that simplify the daily lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client relationships through onboarding, regular check-ins, and improvement plans for long-term success.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in HubSpot.
- Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams.
- Gain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Resolve complaints and prevent further issues by analyzing and improving processes.
- Build strong client relationships based on trust and respect.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate product improvements.
- Monitor and maintain client accounts, analyzing the current situation, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and monitor new sales opportunities.
- Be willing to contribute to additional team projects according to your skills, such as product and/or marketing.
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management (3-5 years)
- Highly proactive attitude to spot issues and opportunities
- Preferably an understanding of SaaS and marketplaces
- Preferably experience in fintech / financial and payments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German. French, and/or Italian are also a plus.
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English and German
- Knowledge of CRM software, HubSpot
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze data
- Enthusiastic, innovative, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently, yet collaborate in a small team environment
- EU citizenship or EU work permit
