Senior Client Services Manager

Job Summary:
MRM is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client services team in Germany. As the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and overseeing projects and campaigns across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple large-scale client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify and present strategic opportunities for relationship growth to key stakeholders.
- Oversee projects and campaigns across Customer Experience (CX), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Loyalty, and Technology.
- Lead and mentor the client services team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Contribute to new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, working with major clients in the industry.
- Deep understanding of MRM's core specialisms, including Business & Digital Transformation, CX, CRM, Content, and Social Media.
- Proficiency in both German and English languages.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
