Position Overview:

Herbliz, a distinguished entity in the cosmetics and dietary supplements industry with a focus on CBD offerings, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to enhance our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sustaining robust connections with our key clientele. Your capacity to understand client requirements, anticipate challenges, and exceed expectations will be vital for achieving success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain enduring relationships with high-value clients to stimulate growth and fulfill organizational objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for significant customers, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Gather, assess, and relay client feedback regarding services, technology, and product delivery.

Sales and Market Development:

  • Analyze client needs and propose solutions that align with their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely product delivery.
  • Identify new client prospects and market opportunities.
  • Partner with sales teams to formulate strategies for expanding key client accounts.

Operational Excellence:

  • Coordinate with various departments to meet the demands and quality standards of key clients.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding the status of client relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Client Relationship Manager (minimum of X years). Experience in sales and customer service is advantageous.
