International Sales Manager

PEOPLEGRIP is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead our European sales efforts in the pharmaceutical equipment sector. This role is based in our German office and involves managing B2B sales across the European continent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • European Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies across Europe to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • International Sales: Conduct international sales activities targeting pharmaceutical companies, providing customized solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors in Europe, developing market entry and expansion strategies.
  • Customer Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, managing agencies and discovering new partners.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical field/equipment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must, with proficiency in German being a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, deep understanding of the European market, and experience in team building and management.
