Job Summary

The Sales Director will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share and drive revenue growth in the European market. This includes identifying key market segments, customer profiles, and growth opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify key market segments, customer profiles, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the apparel industry in the European market.
  • 10+ years of experience in wholesale in Germany, France, and the UK.
  • Previous management of big accounts and top-to-top relationships.
  • Proven ability to grow a business effectively and run a P&L.
  • Leadership experience in managing large teams across geographies.

Specialized Knowledge/Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Decision Making and Problem Solving

  • Capable of making challenging decisions with a practical approach, backed by a strategic decision-making track record.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to negotiate at the highest level – internal and external.
