New Business Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven New Business Acquisition Manager to join our team at CSC Global. This role involves identifying and closing new business opportunities in the domain of security, brand, and fraud prevention space.
The successful New Business Acquisition Manager will be responsible for building and executing go-to-market strategies to establish relationships with key decision-makers and generate new revenue streams. This position is based in Germany (Berlin, Munich, or Frankfurt) and requires a solid understanding of the German market and business landscape.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in acquiring new clients, particularly in the German market. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying and targeting prospective clients across Germany through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
- Researching and developing a deep understanding of target industries to uncover high-potential prospects and growth opportunities.
- Delivering innovative and compelling pitches tailored to the needs and challenges of prospective clients.
Requirements:
- B2B sales experience in legal, brand protection, security, IT, telecom, or professional services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Solid understanding of the German market and business landscape, including cultural and regulatory nuances.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Estimated Salary: €55,000 - €75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include access to training and development opportunities, a performance-based uncapped commission plan, and a competitive compensation package.
