Talention, a leading innovator in talent marketing software, is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Customer Success Management Team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and growth.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business results.
  • Lead project management for onboarding and implementation of Talention software, ensuring seamless integration and optimal usage.
  • Analyze customer requirements and create tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide training, guidance, and workshops to customers on recruiting, candidate management, and software optimization.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through regular communication, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer success/account management for Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong background in business administration, business informatics, or a related field, with a focus on recruiting and talent marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in English and German, with a minimum C1 level for effective communication.
