Jobbeschreibung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Customer Success Manager, der unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Recruiting-Strategien unterstützt. Der Kandidat sollte Erfahrung im Recruiting, Personalmarketing und Online-Marketing haben und in der Lage sein, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.

Aufgaben
  • Beratung von Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Recruiting-Strategien
  • Verantwortung für das Projektmanagement im Onboarding/Implementierungsprozess der Talention Software bei Kunden
  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Erstellung entsprechender Konzepte
  • Schulungen, Beratung und Ausführung von Workshops für Kunden
  • Umfassende Kundenbetreuung
Qualifikationen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Success / Kundenbetreuung von Enterprise Accounts
  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik und/oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Recruiting, Personalmarketing, Online-Marketing oder High-Volume Recruiting/Staffing
  • Proaktive und verkaufsorientierte Einstellung
