Talention, a leading innovator in talent marketing software, is seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Customer Success Management Team, you will provide strategic guidance to our customers' HR teams, supporting them in implementing and optimizing recruiting processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies, including the introduction of new recruiting channels and optimization of candidate management.
  • Lead project management for the onboarding and implementation process of Talention software for customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements and create corresponding concepts for the implementation of solutions in the Talention software.
  • Provide training, advice, and run workshops for customers on topics such as recruiting, candidate management, career pages, job postings, application processes, interfaces, and software setup.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in customer success or account management for Enterprise accounts.
  • A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on recruiting and/or comparable professional experience.
  • Proficiency in English and German for effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
